Per kitchen, not per seat

One kitchen. One launch plan.

The subscription is per kitchen, not per teammate, and the crew is unlimited during launch. The verified owner manages billing and can invite the team.

CostCook Launch

$49/month

Teammates are unlimited during launch. Post-launch teammate limits have not been announced.

Start with 15 days free. Stripe securely collects payment details, charges $0 today, and begins monthly billing after the trial unless you cancel.

$49/month is the launch price and it will not stay there. When it moves it moves for kitchens that sign up after, never for yours. The price you start on is the price you keep.

  • Orders, shopping, prep, and pack plans
  • Purchasing, receiving, and inventory
  • Unlimited teammates during launch

Coming, and not in this price.

Four feature groups contain work marked Coming. Not in the app you would start today. Coming features are not included in your trial or subscription.

Taking orders

Coming

The enquiry, arriving as something you can quote from.

A customer picks from the menu you published, sizes the choices, gives you the date and the headcount, leaves their contact, and reads it back before sending. It arrives awaiting kitchen confirmation, which means you still say yes to it. The storefront and the embeddable widget are built and are not deployed anywhere a customer could reach, so this stays marked Coming.

Labels & printing

Coming

Kitchen date and allergen labels, from the prep list.

Tap Label on the prep list, choose how the batch is stored, settle a use-by date the app never guesses, count the containers, and print through the browser onto sticker sheets or thermal rolls. What the sticker said is frozen on the record for reprints. This is a preview of the planned workflow. Kitchen date labels are not included in the subscription today.

Ordering integrations

Coming

External ordering connections.

External ordering connections are being developed for a later release.

Accounting & point of sale

Coming

Square and QuickBooks.

Square and QuickBooks connections are being built. Until they land, nothing here reads from or writes to your books.
